ITS TIME 14.2!!!!!!!! Join us at High Noon!
1) 3 min AMRAP
10x OH Squats 95/65
10x C2B Pull Ups
If two rounds are completed you get another 3 min AMRAP. You must rest until the 3 min mark regardless of when you finish the 2 rounds.





3-6 min mark
12x OH Squats 95/65
12x C2B Pull Ups
6-9 min mark
14x OH Squats 95/65
14x C2B Pull Ups
Pattern continues as long as 2 rounds are completed every 3 min
