1) Jerk 3RM (2 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk)
2) 15 min EMOM
Even: 3x Push Press (go up in weight each set)
Odd: 3x Strict or Weighted Pull Up
(advanced can do both in each min)
3) 8 min AMRAP
5x ea OA DB Snatch 55/30
10x Knees to Elbows
15x Push Ups
